According to the New York City Fire Department, it is a fire hazard to leave empty boxes and excess rubbish in the corridors and freight elevator area on all floors.
If you have more than five (5) cardboard boxes, please break down your empty boxes and request a garbage bin via the Workspeed online work order system.
If you have fewer than five (5) boxes, please break down the empty boxes and leave them by the freight elevator after 4:00 pm, making sure you do not block stairwell exits.
If you have excess rubbish or any bulk items that do not fit into a bin, such as furniture, computers, or office equipment, please measure the item(s) and request bulk removal through Workspeed online work order system. We will get a quote from our carting company and bill you based on their estimate.
